What is your role at the Newburyport Brewing Company?

I feel like my role is to make quality product for the consumer all the way from the brewhouse to the packaging line.

What is something about your job that people may not expect?

Lots of scrubbing and cleaning. I feel like most people think of a guy who sits around making and drinking beer, but the reality is that we do a lot more cleaning than one may expect.

If you could be anyone for a day, who would it be and why?

I really like who I am, I like being me.

What is your favorite Newburyport beer to brew and which is the most difficult?

I think my favorite NBPT beer to brew would be the Green Head IPA, which is also the most difficult to brew because there is more grain to shovel.

When brewing, what song or album are you most likely jamming out to?

The band is called Nightmare on Wax and the album is called A Space Outta Sound. Take a listen HERE!

What is your favorite memory from working at the Newburyport Brewing Company?

Definitely the Christmas party, more specifically when one of our cellarmen (who shall not be named) snagged the mic during karaoke and busted out an epic rendition of the BackStreet Boys’ song I Want It That Way. It was a memorable way to end the night. Want to take a walk down memory lane? Listen HERE!
